Review of Public School Superhero by James Patterson

Public School Superhero
   By James Patterson

This book Public School Superhero by James Patterson starts as Kenny Wright arrives at Union Middle School (UMS) on his first day, and finds out that the school is like a prison base with high-security guards, barb wire, book back checking, and finally big bullies.

The story begins as Mr. Diaw, the new Principal of Union middle gives Kenny detention for being in a fight, which Kenny didn't participate in. Kenny tries to keeps the detention a secret from G-ma, all while he is dealing with Tiny the world's worst bully, who is built like a tank. Union Middle School has the worst cafeteria, and classes, but still Kenny finds happiness.

Grandma - G-Ma - is Kenny’s guardian, and she used to be a teacher. She cares a lot about Kenny, and Kenny has mad respect for her.

In conclusion, this book is mostly great for kids ages seven and up. What I liked about the book Public School Superhero is that it felt like my average life, and it grabs hold of you into the book. The book is great, because it is filled with action, mystery, and classic life!!!   In my opinion, I like this book because it’s really great. It shows courage that you can do in real life, not in fiction, but real life.
